Which one will you make, the Achievement or Success?

Tomorrow (Monday) is a big day to everyone in the team, together with the same wish and hope, moving towards the same objective and goal! I don't expect a great success for the first time, but i wish we have lesser failure in this launching! Well, let's see how we continue the game with plans! *crossing my fingers and legs for all these*

Btw, it is not easy to lift a hot air balloon into the sky. A lot of consideration, calculation, preparation, anticipation, planning, certification, etc... series of actions needed to be taken before achieving a successful float of a hot air balloon... Tough but great satisfaction returns..

Another late night for me for this week, while waiting my dinner to be ready, spend my time to blog here. No specific topic but just randomly share about my incident today. If to be counted, today gonna be my first time attending a meeting that with ZERO preparation, and the worst is i have to conduct the meeting by presenting and confirming the process flow. I was struggling how should i walkthrough all users with the process flow that i am not clear or even understand about it. Is that the real life experience of a consultant, i wonder? The meeting ends after two and a half hours, supposedly it should be a confirmation meeting but ended up it looks like a requirement gathering session to me. Because the approach for me to lead the meeting is to throw a lot of questions and also some assumptions to the end users for confirming my process flow in the entire meeting session. I believe my another team mate who sat in together with me also have the same feeling. Sweat... Anyway, lesson learned, either you prepare yourself to the meeting, or you postpone the meeting! If none of the above two options are allowed, plan for your approach to kick start the meeting and "influence" the user to lead the meeting by following your agenda!! Afterall, fortunately the task still done with the initial planned and both of us feel "Phew..."~

Okok, time for dinner... (or supper?)...

Another ROM event that i have attended few weeks ago... This time, i will let the photos express the short (very short) yet a meaningful moment we had or... rather they have on that day itself! Congratulation BB! I believe all of us are happy for you, you can see from their face expression! :D

P/S: Unfortunately, the photos are just too less for me to compile into a story slide. BB, "next time" (just kidding, what i mean as in during actual wedding day) please allow more time for this kind of event mar, especially to a bunch of people who like to be SHOOT, like us! :P

The desire of having a cup of hot drink, be it hot mocha, hot latte, hot cappuccino, hot chocolate, it is just a simple treat to yourself over a working day. When this desire arrives, i will go for Starbucks in most of the time. Yesterday was a rainy working day to me eventhough it falls to a public holiday in the calendar, i was working and i have a strong desire of having a cup of hot coffee but unfortunately i fail to satisfy myself with it. Reason is..... ?

Anyway, i have never regretted with the depreciation i have in mind with me yesterday, in fact the incident drew a great awareness to me. Well, I am now understandably aware that what are the things i should do and what are not, in order to escape being hurt and depreciated in return...

I am glad that today i can have a taste of the hot chocolate with me after work, especially the moment when i was driving alone... just love it.

Yes, it has been a busy month in February and the busyness will continue in this month too! Another late night for me to reach home and see all my family members fall into their dreamland dy. Well, tomorrow we will have an important project status update meeting with the project sponsors and hence, plenty of preparation and checking need to be in place in order to ensure the application work perfectly over the 90 minutes meeting. Especially a lot of minor things here and there which may possibly combine and form a great surprise in the session. I know certain people take it as a simple and relaxing meeting, and i also know certain people take this as a critical meeting to make the WOW to the sponsors. To me, it is an opportunity to deliver the WOW in the session, as well as to demonstrate and convey the efforts that we have been contributing into this project for the past few months. And yes, to be straightforward, it is an opportunity to tell them that we are worth to be hired and paid (obviously, we are not there for fun, eat, drink and talk nonsense) via the presentation with the project values, benefits and advantages which they are going to enjoy and employ in real. Consequently, this draw a vital awareness of the importance of the preparation and checking on the application, and it is the reason why we stay this late. Again, this is just my personal thought through the night and Cross finger for tomorrow ya! Okay, it is time to sign off my day, Good Night...

Should or should not ask is always a common question that present in our mind and request for an answer. Therefore, the decision will always swim inbetween. In certain situations, you ask, happy and satisfy is the end result, it is good. But in certain situations, you ask, upset and disappointed is the outcome, it is bad. So what should you react on this? Sounds complicated? As much as it is possible, i will choose not to ask for certain situations...
